CLD Engineering, PLLC has been involved in stormwater design and permitting from its inception. We have expertise in the design of all types of stormwater best management practices (BMPs). We also have extensive experience in “innovative” BMP’s with our staff being involved in the early 1995 prototype BMP applications that have led to many of today’s standards. The engineers at CLD also have extensive experience working under EPA Phase II requirements. We stay current on changing rules and regulations and all CLD Engineers have taken and passed the “Certified Stormwater BMP Inspection and Maintenance Professional” course offered by NC State. The staff of CLD Engineering have extensive experience with most of the commercially available modeling software and a deep understanding behind the background calculations and subsequently, their respective limitations.
